This is a time lapse video of a five year old child. This video was created with a Canon Rebel XT camera with photo intervals of 15 seconds. Unfortunatly, I didn't have external power for the camera so I had to change the battery a couple times, thus causing the camera to shift a couple times through the video. this is 4 days of time lapse of lily flowers opening. also included a few Macro photos at the end. There are sevral "bumps" of the camera as I had to switch out batteries. I used a canon rebel xt 8.3 mb, with a remote slave and soft box w/ reflectors for the shots. I then compressed with vegas studio to 30 frames (photos) per second.

The Canon BG-E3 battery grip holds two NB-2LH batteries or six AA type batteries in a tray. If two NB-2LH batteries are inserted, power is supplied simultaneously by both battery packs. If both NB-2LH packs are fully charged then the number of frames you can capture are doubled -- ~1200 pictures without flash or ~800 pictures if the flash is used 50% of the time. At colder temperature (32°F) that number drops to ~900 or ~700 if flash is used 50% of the time.The BG-E3 adds a portrait grip with a vertical shutter release complete with AE/FE-Lock button, AF point selector button, exposure compensation button and Main Dial.
